1. Service Overview

GemZ provides a service that purchases in-game items and bundles on behalf of our customers. We do not sell digital goods directly; instead, we act as an intermediary to obtain these items at discounted rates.

  • Order Placement: Customers can place orders through the GemZ app. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
  • Order Fulfillment: Upon accepting an order, we communicate via the app to request a one-time verification code for account access, if needed. This code is used to securely access your game account for order completion.
  • Account Linking: Customers have the option to save their game account credentials within the GemZ app for all future orders, enabling a fast pick-up option. We use these credentials to log into the game account, as any player would, to make purchases through official stores such as Google Play Store and Apple AppStore.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment Terms: All payments made to GemZ are final. Once an order is placed and processed, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded.
  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once the purchase is made on behalf of the customer, the transaction is complete.
  • Chargebacks: In the event of a chargeback, GemZ reserves the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of the transaction and delivery of the service. By using our service, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks for services rendered.

3. Service Delivery

  • Order Fulfillment: We strive to complete all orders in a timely manner. However, delivery times may vary based on the nature of the in-game items and game servers.
  • Non-Receipt of Service: If you believe you have not received the service purchased, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and provide evidence of the transaction and delivery.

4. Game Publishers

  • Use of Graphics: GemZ does not use any graphics, logos, or trademarks of game publishers without explicit permission. All promotional materials are original or appropriately licensed.
  • Non-Harmful Services: Our services are designed to benefit both game companies and players. Game companies receive full payment for in-game items, promoting player engagement and satisfaction.
  • Legal Compliance: GemZ operates in full compliance with relevant laws and regulations. We do not engage in activities that would harm the interests of game publishers or violate their terms of service.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. GemZ is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect information.
  • Compliance with Game Terms: It is your responsibility to ensure that using our service does not violate the terms of service of the game you are purchasing items for.

6. Electronic Communications

When you use the GemZ app or communicate with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We communicate with you via several methods such as email and live help. You agree that all information provided to GemZ is factual and true, and without any intentional omission or alteration.

7. License and Site Access

GemZ offers live order tracking, providing updates from order acceptance through to completion, including when we request a one-time verification code, are in the process of making purchases, and when the order is completed. An estimated delivery time is provided for each order.
